This is a solution built to solve descrete problems faced by one of our customer, for Hospitality industry. Where they were facing challenges in supply of digital displays, connectors, set-top-boxes etc., for their various large Hotel chains. Over the period of time while solving these problems, we along with our customer ended up inventing tailored solution for all similar customers, thus Suchman !
Suchman is a tool that helps in managing your general supply chain day-to-day activities like addressing purchase orders, enquiries, invoicing and adding payment collection mechanisms.
We help follow ups on POs, emailing your customers on new product additions and campaign management as well.
Initially built for our inhouse Apex Hospitality in USA, but later generalised for rest of the world, as we felt it can help companies having similar use cases can leverage our product for the common problems
